Product Description:

RBD Palm Olein is a clear, bright; golden-yellow the liquid, unsaturated portion of palm oil, obtained through a fractionation process of refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm oil. It remains clear, golden-yellow liquid at room temperature and is a widely used cooking and frying oil due to its high resistance to oxidation and long shelf life, especially in high-heat applications like deep-frying. RBD Palm Olein is also an ingredient in various food products like snacks, bakery items, and margarine.  It is also a source of Vitamin E and cholesterol free. It is stable and versatile even without hydrogenation. Rbd palm olein has different grades according to its Cloud point & general specification as below.

Appearance and sensory analysis:

Appearance:

RBD Palm Olein CP6, CP8, and CP10 are all clear, golden-yellow liquids at room temperature, but their appearance and sensory qualities differ slightly due to their different crystallization points. CP6 is the most liquid, while CP10 becomes semi-solid or cloudy at cooler temperatures and has a slightly stronger flavour, with CP8 offering a balance. All three are used in cooking and for producing products like margarine and shortening. 

Odour and flavour:

A very mild, neutral, or pleasant nutty flavour and odour.
