STANDARD BLAST FURNACE COKE
Product Description:
A high-carbon, low-volatile blast furnace (BF) Coke derived from selected bituminous coals. It exhibits good mechanical strength, moderate reactivity, and stable performance in standard blast furnace operations.
Appearance:
Black, porous solid with metallic luster and angular lumps.
Granulometry:
30-80 mm (controlled fine <5%) typical metallurgical grade.
Main Application:
- Primary fuel and reducing agent in iron and steel blast furnaces.
- Carbon source in foundries and ferroalloy industries.
- Support medium in non-ferrous metal smelting.
Geometry:
Irregular, angular lumps with rough surface texture and open pores.
