High oleic rapeseed oil is a pale yellow to golden liquid with a neutral or slightly nutty flavour and aroma, depending on processing. Its neutral sensory profile makes it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications, from dressings to frying, where its high smoke point provides excellent frying capabilities. It is also naturally free of trans fats, requiring no hydrogenation for stability.
