Product Description:

Medium soft brown sugar has a medium brown colour, is soft and moist due to its higher molasses content compared to light brown sugar, and has a rich, caramel flavour. Its fine, caster-sized crystals give it a slightly clumpy but still-moist texture, which makes it ideal for baking, as it adds a deeper, more complex flavour and chewy texture to finished products.

Medium brown sugar sits between light and dark in % of molasses. The texture is moist and soft due to the molasses content, which is around (3.5%) to (6.5%) for a medium-style sugar.
