RBD MID-OLEIC RAPESEED OIL

Product Description:

Mid-oleic RBD (refined, bleached, and deodorized) rapeseed oil is a processed oil with a high oleic acid content, a stable fat composition, and a neutral flavour and colour. The RBD process makes the oil stable and suitable for various industrial uses by removing impurities, colours, odours, and other unwanted substances through refining, bleaching, and deodorizing steps. The “mid-oleic” designation means it has a higher percentage of monounsaturated oleic acid compared to standard rapeseed oil, giving it improved heat stability. This makes it a versatile oil for cooking, deep-frying, and use in processed foods due to a high smoke point.
