Product Description:
Light Brown Soft Sugar is a brown, moist deep golden sugar with a distinct flavour, mellow aroma and texture due to its molasses content and fine grain size.
It is a soft moist sugar with quick-dissolving crystals of a warm honey colour with a soft buttery taste imparting a creamy fudgy flavour. Contributing colour, a subtle flavour, texture and a moistness from molasses, soft cane sugars are used widely in domestic, professional and industrial settings.

Storage conditions:
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and strong odours.
Temperature:
- Keep at a stable temperature between 15–20°C (65–85°F).

- Avoid temperature fluctuations and store away from drafts.
Shelf life:
- In excess of 18 months if left unopened
